Short description of Retreat day:
We will spend time in prayer, music, silence and group discussion.
Taking our lead from the saints and mystics who have gone before us,
participants will be encouraged to discover and nourish the divine life
within through prayer, study and contemplation – and incarnating that life
in our daily living and learning to express it through the arts.
